1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and undamaged items in their original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at your email. Returns sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

 

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Your item must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • Free of odors, stains, or damage

  • In the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase required

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Items marked as non-returnable

  • Used or damaged products

 

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 30 days for the same item in a different color or style (if available).
Please contact us before sending any item back.

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us your order number and clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

6. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

8. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation is not possible.
